My entire life has been surrounded and intricately involved in education in Williamsburg County! I am a dedicated member of Wilson Chapel First Baptist Church of Kingstree and serve as Trustee! Educating our children is one of the most important responsibilities all of us will encounter as parents and community members.  We want to make sure that our children get the best guidance and instruction they will need to succeed in life. 

As your school board member, I promise that I will fight hard to:

• Increase student achievement!
• Include all stakeholders in the decision making-process!
• And provide better opportunities for our children!

I personally believe that the position of serving on the school board is more important than any other elected position in this country and is the only position that I would personally run for. 

 I would not run for the senate or for the House of Representatives because I am an educator, not a politician, and education is my passion!  I can assure you that I will serve the full four year term if you so graciously select me for this position, because our children deserve no less than our 100% commitment!
